I don’t know why I have been charged $18 for this domain since recently I had to pay $3oo which I don’t know the details of this charge. Usually, I would pay $86 for the yearly subscription. Please help me with the matter since my current situation with this pandemic is not helping.

Hi there!
Last year you upgraded your WordPress.com Premium plan to the Business plan, so when that came up for renewal over a month ago, you were charged the renewal price for Business, which is $300 per year.
Additionally our paid plans only will include a domain registration for free for the first year. Since domains need to be renewed annually, that’s why you were charged $18 for the renewal of your domain.
With your Business subscription, you should have access to email and live chat support, but it looks like the subscription was removed for some reason. I’ve restored it to your account so you can access that again.
