Hi WordPress team,
My primary site https://www.thecomingbackhome.com/Blog is not accessible after the last plugin updates. Even the wp-admin url of this site is not accessible. The error that I get is ‘Please check your Primary site’s Jetpack connection’. Please resolve this issue -
Hi there @ksowmyapriya
Thanks for providing your site URL. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Bluehost.
Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem. You can reach out to their support team here:
https://www.bluehost.com/contact
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
I hope that helps :)

The error that I get is ‘Please check your Primary site’s Jetpack connection’
Hi there, let me just add that if you need help specifically with the Jetpack plugin, you can get help at https://jetpack.com/support/ and there’s a forum specifically for jetpack issues at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
Hope that helps too.
