my primary site's login credentials forgotten

  Hi there, I have been trying to reset the login credentials on my originally used temporary website:

  108.167.189.45/~sungroup/

  Unfortunately when I was trying to use the Forgotten password facility it has sent the new link to an email address which is likely not existing any longer. How can I contact you to have this password reset? I am happy to go through security but desperate to have access to my site.

  Hi,

  The site that you linked to is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site. As a result, we do not have access to the site and we can’t really help much with that site.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following article that details the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

  In this case, you may want to contact your hosting service provider where your site is hosted. They might be able to help reset the password for you.
