  The toolbar on my page is no longer moves down the page with me when I’m working. I’m not sure how it changed. It is slowing me down..

  It looks like your editor has ‘Top Toolbar’ mode enabled, which pins the toolbar to the very top of the screen instead of letting it float or follow you as you scroll. To fix this and get it moving with you again, click the three vertical dots (the ‘Options’ menu) in the top-right corner of your editor screen. Under the View section, look for Top Toolbar—if there is a checkmark next to it, just click it to toggle it off. Once disabled, your toolbar should reappear right above whichever block you are currently working on, making it much easier to edit as you move down the page!
