    my profile picture isn’t popping up

    Hi there!

    You should be able to update your profile picture via Gravatar by going to https://wordpress.com/me and clicking on the large circle in the upper left corner above your name.

    There will be three choices to add a photo there, including uploading it from your files, adding it from a direct URL, or using your webcam if you have one. Once it’s in the library, you can select it as your new image and you should be good to go!

    I added a profile pic to that but it’s still not showing up when I make comments on other blogs

    Ahh, I gotcha. It sounds like the picture might be added to the Gravatar library, but might just not be designated as your profile picture specifically.

    When you first click on that circle I mentioned on your Me page, does it show the picture you want above “Your Gravatar” like this? [image link]

    If it still shows the random geometric pattern there, you probably need to go into your Gravatar gallery (“My Profile” > “Photo Gallery” > “edit your Gravatars”) to select the image you want.
