my profile picture is not loading

    Hi there. May you be enjoying a nice day. There is an error when attempting to update my profile picture. I have already tried clearing the cache and cookies, and it still does not work. I’m using a standard .jpg file and correct sizing. There is a persistent error. Can you please resolve the bug so I can correctly load my updated profile picture? Thank you for your help.
