Why is my public site not public?

    Since 20 Aug I have been expecting my blog to be public on the web. Yet everytime I or one of my readers punches in the web address we get a screen that says there is no domain by that address and offers us the opertunity to register that domain. I have tried repeatedly to get help, even e-mailing you guys before. I have received no response about this problem from anyone. Will you finally have someone help me or do I need to close my membership and tell other writers on the web about the poor support service at wordpress. I am still getting all your newsletters about new themes, just no support.

    I apologize for any delay in our response. However, when I visit your site, everything displays normally for me.

    Can you let me know what URL your visitors are going to when they receive the message that they can register the domain?
