My purchase cant be downloaded

    WOO account (email visible only to moderators and staff) is overwriting account (email visible only to moderators and staff), which cant be opened and where the purchase is. I cant log into WOO account (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you help? Please also delete my WordPress account (email visible only to moderators and staff) emfahrer2 which is a duplicate and causing this problem.

    Sorry but you are in the wrong place.
    These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
    http://wordpress.org/support/

    If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
