  I canceled my domain on 19th January 2021. When it will be refunded?

  Hi,

  look at this link for more information, I thought it is 14 days for yearly plans and 7 days for the monthly plans.

  Refunds typically show up within 24-72 hours. But it is possible for them to take up to 7-10 days, and in rare cases, even longer.

  I’m seeing a purchase made 1/19/21 and then a refund requested/processed that same day. Often when purchases and refunds happen in quick succession, banks simply cancel out the charge as if it never happened. So you won’t see a refund because the charge will also not be reflected on your account.

  I would encourage you to check with your financial institution and see if that is the situation here.
