My purchase of a Business Year Plan does not appear in my purchases window

I recently purchased a yearly Business Plan for 300€ at WordPress. This purchase does not appear in the Purchases Tab under the Account Settings option. Is there a way to get help from someone at WordPress directly??

I see your domain https://giftingiving.com/ is up and running on the wordpress.com platform but hasn’t been launched yet.
If you don’t see that purchase, you probably bought that plan using another account. You can check this yourself using the transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ -

It indeed sounds like you created the site under a different account, not
oldgiftingiving.
You will need to log out and log back in using the same email address to which the receipt was sent.If you don’t remember the credentials, follow the steps @staartmees shared above to regain access to the account.
