my purchased plan disappeared

  hi, I’ve bought the ‘Personal’ plan on April 06, 2023. Then to have a better-designed website, I upgraded to ‘Premium’ on May 07, 2023. However the feasure is too complicated thus I canceled the ‘Premium’ plan on May 09, 2023 but kept the ‘Personal’ plan. Today, when I logged in to my site, I can’t find any plan. Can you please help to get my ‘Personal’ plan back to my account? Thank you.
