My purchased space upgrade

In June of 2014 I purchased a space upgrade of 10 gb for $20. Shortly thereafter, my computer was hacked and all my photos stolen. It is just now that I’m back to writing more posts — or trying to, that is. Why then am I, upon trying to upload new photos, being told that I have exceeded my storage quota of 3072 MB??

Hi there,
Upgrades have to be renewed annually or they are removed from your account. Your space upgrade expired in June 2015 when you didn’t renew it, which means your site went back to the free storage of 3GB.
The space upgrade is no longer available as a stand-alone upgrade, but you can increase your storage space by buying the Premium Plan for your site:
