Hi there, did you get some kind of notice in your dashboard after that happened? If you contacted the billing team via that notice, they’ll review and be in touch with you. Please be patient for their reply as we’re not able to assist with this here in the community forums. Thanks.

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
You can also send an email directly to
billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) comif you prefer that.
