Hi there, you should see a notification in your site’s dashboard to contact the WordPress.com Billing team. You can reach out to them for assistance using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
They’ll assist you with this issue as we aren’t able to assist with billing issues here in our community forums. Cheers.
