My purchases arent showing up.

    I am attempting to cancel my domain registration but my purchases aren’t showing up on my account. I am 100% certain that I was charged and my plan is on automatic renewal. However none of that history is showing up. So I have no way to cancel it and now I am past the point of the refund period.

    Hi @willtouchstone, I can see the domain, but it was purchased under a different user on the same account. You aren’t able to cancel it because you aren’t its owner.

    First go to wordpress.com/people to view the site’s team. Then, can you log in as the other user, and get in touch here?
