My question concerns posts: How to I establish tags in the post, and how to I access posts once they

  • Unknown's avatar

I want to have posts and pages. I have written two posts and have published them successfully, but when I click “home,” they disappear and I can’t access them again. “Home” says nothing found and there is no archive showing my posts. Also, how do I get tags on the posts? I need help but I am evidently too stupid to find help in your support. Anything you can suggesst?

Goodness me – you’re not stupid – we all start somewhere!

This page should help you with tags. You can add them when you first write a post, or, you can go back and add them once the post has been published by going to “Posts” in your dashboard and click on the title of the post in question and you’ll be taken back to the original post edit screen. There you can add tags as you wish :)

You’re seeing the ‘not found’ message on your front page because you had previously set your blog to display one of your static pages as your front page. However, you’ve just trashed them, and, as a result, there is no content to display. I’ve made the switch in your dashboard at Settings > Reading such that your blog posts are now once again displayed on your front page.

Let us know if we can be of any more help!
