My Quick Install failed or is sent to the wrong url and I don't have the ability to edit my sit

My website is messed up! I have tried to install this twice, had it uninstall, and now my website is giving me this page instead of my website in the right location. Super frustrated, and super tired. Please help me resolve. Thanks!
What my site looks like now. Here is where it works: http://www.tugoutreach.com/wp-admin the wrong site name. I am super confused. And my passwords don’t allow me to edit my site. I am in a dashboard with no ability to change post. That’s what I keep seeing. I am logged in and can’t make changes.
Also, I don’t know what user name and password post to my domain name http://www.tugoutreach.com whatever is attached to tugoutreach.com/wp-admin site address is wrong. This is where i should go to edit but not what my visitors have to type in. Currently that is the only aspect to this URL that works.
