my readers have complained they are not getting emails with my new posts

  My readers are not getting emails when I write a new post. I have been told by multiple readers they cannot and have not received emails when i write a new post. These are other site bloggers who are savvy. is there something i have not included? help!

  Hi there,

  Can you let me know the email address or username of a view users that haven’t been receiving emails? Please note, the email address will appear as “redacted” within the forums. However, it will be visible to WordPress.com staff members.

  That will help me to troubleshoot the issue further!
