  Hi there!

  It looks like that first post in your site is a “Sticky Post”:
  https://pgoble.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post&show_sticky=1

  Sticky posts, literally, stick to the front page, at the top.

  You can remove the Sticky status by editing the post and looking for the “Stick this post to the front page” checkbox:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
