My recently purchased package of Evolutionaryideaexchange.com is not showing up!

    That does not show up when I log into the WP site. Only a long-gone site from the past – ndbusiness.com. I can’t even find my current site when looking for it. Please help me figure this out. Thank you

    Hi there, it looks like the domain evolutionaryideaexchange.com redirects to evolutionaryideaexchange.wordpress.com and you posted on that site on 9 January 2023 using a different username account darylochs73

    So you need to log out of this account you’re using to post to these forums, and log back in with the correct account.

    Give that a try and let us know how that goes.

    Staff-I’m adding the modlook tag here again as the OP advised me that they didn’t understand my reply.

    From my side me it looks like they have at least two accounts “ndbusiness” and “darylocks73” and more than one custom domain for their WordPress.com website evolutionaryideaexchange.wordpress.com > evolutionaryideaexchange.com and now also > evolutionary-idea-exchange.com

    Any assistance you can provide in helping him understand and get this sorted would be appreciated by all. TIA

    Sure thing, justjennifer, thanks for tagging us here.

    ndbusiness – It looks like you’ve created 2 different WordPress.com accounts and that is causing some confusion for you. Each account requires a unique email address and password. The first thing I need to know is which account you want to continue using – we can help you get the site and everything moved on to 1 account and then help you remove the second account. That should prevent any future mix ups.

    Thanks Jennifer and Staff for pointing me in the right direction. My 83-yr old brain took a bit to catch on, but I had neglected to purchase a WP Plan, and once I realized that, it all fell into place! Embarrassment! Now I’m moving forward with lots of reading to do. Loving it!
