someone told me that the refund is expected 5-10 working days.

Hey alguwaizani,
Sometimes it can take extended periods of time for a refund to be fully processed. For credit cards, it can even take up to 2 billing cycles before you see the refund on your statement.

If it has already been processed by WordPress.com, you may need to contact your financial institution for more information on why the refund is being held. For more information on WordPress.com refunds, please check out this support site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
If you have any more information, such as which plan, or which domain you processed a refund for, let us know in this thread. Remember, if you are refunding a domain, and it may be impossible to ever get that name back.

but I haven’t received my money yet.Your account shows a refund was issued on 20-Jun-2017 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

It usually takes 5-10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
We have sent a refund so please contact your bank to find out if there are any delays in processing on their end. You can also provide them with the transaction ID on the refund receipt.
