My refnd has not come through

  I asked for a refund just before the end of last month and it has not come through. Why?? I would like my money back please

  Hi there,

  The refund was processed on 6/25, so we released the funds on that day and no longer have them in our possession. I would recommend reaching out to your bank and seeing if they see any pending transactions on their end – they are sometimes able to see pending transactions on their end that you are unable to see.
