My Refund

Greetings,
Towards the end of October I cancelled my Premium Package purchase and was due a refund of approximate $75 (prorated). To date, I still have not received my refund and do not see it in my billing history. After I cancelled the purchase, I received an email that the refund would be processed and that I would be receiving it shortly (for some reason I can not find it in my inbox). I clicked the necessary link within that email and still have not been refunded.
Can you please assist.

Exactly which upgrade(s) did you cancel and which blog URL did they previously apply to? I’ll tag this thread for Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I’m sorry about that. I restarted the refund (for the full amount as a small token of appreciate for your patience) and you should see it on your credit card in the next few business days.
