    Hi there This Thread has been tagged for staff assistance however if you are logged in with the account that purchased and then requested the refund you should be able to see this in the manage purchases dashboard of your account. Let us know if you do not see it there.

    Generally speaking refunds can take between 7 to 10 business days, and longer for international refunds. Credit card refunds can take one and two billing cycles for it to appear in your credit card. If it’s been longer than that you’ll probably want to inquire with the payment method you used to purchase the upgrade.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve had a look over the account and I can see that on 2018-09-05 we processed a £36.00 refund. Normally, it only takes about ten business days for those funds to reach you. We are beyond that point now.

    The money can only come back to you the same way that you purchased the upgrade – It’s best to contact that financial party at this time and ask them when the money will be released to you. There are occasions where it is held on to for 1-2 billing cycles. They’ll also be able to let you know how the refund is going to appear on your statement. This varies between financial parties which is why I am suggesting to contact them directly.
