My refund.

    When will I get my full $96 refund? The website was not to my liking, did not have enough features, would not let me import anything, and I got charged for the plan of $78 and the Domain Transfer was $18 even though none of that work out for me within minutes of starting a website. I would like my full refund because this was ridiculous.

    Hi @dweigang, sorry for the trouble. It looks like the system kept $18 because you had tried to transfer the domain here. That adds a year to the registration, even if you go back to a different host. That said, it looks like the transfer didn’t finish, so I can refund the $18 for you.

    Given that both of those refunds were processed so soon after purchase, there’s a chance your card company will just remove the charges rather than show a charge and a refund. Either way, you should see money in your account within 10 business days (often much sooner.)
