  I can confirm that a refund has been issued from our side. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Your bank/credit card company may take 7-10 business days to process the refund. In some cases, they will also reverse the original transaction instead of posting a separate refund transaction.

  I’d suggest reaching out to your bank/credit card company after waiting for about two weeks if you still see the original transaction on your statement.
