    I cancelled my subscription with Word press and I have never been refunded. I would like my refund as soon as possible.

    Hi there!

    It looks like you’ve canceled your plan way after the refund window, so no refund was issued.

    We can only refund annual plans during the first 14 days after the purchase. You’ve purchased yours on December 19 and canceled on February 3.

    If you’d like, we can restore the plan back to your site instead. It wouldn’t be possible to recover a domain, though, as that has already entered the redemption period, and would need an additional fee.

    Well, I have no use for your services. At least they can even refund me half of the money than just taking the whole amount like that.
