If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank directly for help. You can give them that transaction ID from our payment processor as a reference.
Once the refund is processed on our end, which in this case happened on 3 April, we no longer have any control over the funds. From there it’s up to your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end and return the funds to your account.
