  Hi, I originally signed up for the business plan for $299, & a tech helped me downgrade to the premium plan a day later. I received a prorated refund for $200, & the premium plan receipt was added for $0 (since I only received a prorated refund.) About a week later, I cancelled the premium plan b/c I realized that I needed to use WordPress.org. I only received a $13 refund for the Mapping.

  I contacted GoDaddy to have my domain mapped back over to them, so I could use WordPress.org.

  My business is my only form of income. I’m still within 30 days from the start of all of this, & I would like a full refund. That amount would be $99-$13=$86.

  I have the receipt #’s if you need them…Hope you can help
