My refund is pending since July 2024, When will I receive my refund?

    Hello All,

    I took wordpress subscription in June and July 2024, and by keeping the refund policy in my mind, I tried to create my website, but in between I changed my mind and canceled my subscription within the deadline of 7 days. This purchase happened in June and July month, now its october 2024 and still I didnt receive my refund. I have made my payment by credit card. I tried to connect with human but it is asking me to buy paid plan which I don’t want to. What is the exact problem and why is it taking so long to refund. like 2 months. Kindly help me in this refund matter. Thank you.
