My Refund not received.

  I can cancel my subscription on 24.May.2021 and customer care support email me to refund my US$96.00 in 5-10 working days. Today 5-June-2021 but my refund didn’t receive me. Kindly check the issue about my refund and give me back my money as soon as possible.

  You’re right, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but this also depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

  Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
