My Refund not received.

  I can cancel my subscription on 24.May.2021 and customer care support email me to refund my US$96.00 in 5-10 working days. Today 5-June-2021 but my refund didn’t receive me. Kindly check the issue about my refund and give me back my money as soon as possible.

  I can cancel my subscription on 5.june.2021 and customer care support email me that money refunded US$17.23 and US$4.37. But my refund didn’t receive me. Kindly check the issue about my refund and give me back my money as soon as possible.

  We processed your refund on 24 May 2021. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.

  Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times at you bank. 5 June was Saturday, so today, Monday, is only the first business day since we processed you refund. So it might still be a some time before that refund will reflect on your credit card statement.
