  After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. Credit card refunds could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi @tayeebahmed1998 , you recently canceled a plan that you purchased in early December. It’s not eligible for a refund at this point. Would you like us to restore it so you can continue to use the site for now?
