My refund was never issued!!!!

Good day, I first purchased regular account for $99 dollars, It wasnt what I was looking for so I upgraded the account for Business account and paid another $199 dollars. for a total of $298 . Both were not what I was looking for, So I pressed refund, the only thing that was refunded to me was the upgrade of $199 not the $99 dollars I first paid I would like my refund , its upsetting wordpress.com has not on the phone customer services

I also noticed that you first asked for assistance with this issue on February 28th, approx. 2 days after you signed up for this account, which is also important for staff to know.

Yes i asked for refund once i purchased services. First i purchased priuem package for $99 dollars then upgraded for another $199 both werent what i was looking for i requested and recieved the $199 back for the upgrade but did NOT recieve the $99 for orginial purchase. Your policy is 30 days

Thank you i see it has just been refunded because i opened a paypal case due to not being able to get in touch with anyone
