My refunds have not gone through

On Oct 5 2020 I paid via Apple Pay $49 and $48 to WordPress and on Oct 17 I cancelled both the orders and I was told I would receive the full $49 back and $30 of the $48 back. I received an email from WordPress saying I would be refunded the $49 but I did not receive anything saying the $30 would be refunded, and as I write this message neither refund has appeared on my Apple Pay account.

Hey there, it looks like you must have another account. I don’t see any purchases on this one.
Can you log out and log in with the email address that got a purchase notification, then update us here?
And, could you include a link to the site you purchased?
