my renew date is a month early

    I signed up 28 July 2023 but my pan renew date says 28th June 2025, why is that? I bought a 2 year plan.

    Hi there!

    Automatic renewal takes place 30 days before the expiry date. However, the actual expiry date is bumped up from the true expiry date, which means you don’t lose a month just because it’s renewed early.

    The early renewal is done to ensure that any last-moment payment issues do not interrupt your site. Certain subscriptions, like domains, can be pretty difficult and expensive to get back if they expire, so we run all automatic renewals 30 days in advance.
