    I’m getting notices that the credit card on file doesn’t work. I have tried to change my card twice, but I keep getting notices that the old card doesn’t work. I’m aware. Now my site has expired. Could you please use the card that I have recently put on file that ends in 5709, and restore my domain?

    If only there were some way to talk to a live human being. Certainly I’m not the first person to ever change banks. I can see that my new bank card is on my profile…and yet, notifications from you say that you can’t get the old card to work.

  • Hi there,

    Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. The domain mapping and Premium Plan for pannellbytes.com belongs to a different username, pannellbytes. You need to be logged in as that username to renew the upgrade.

    To change your payment details, you need to go to the Purchases page, click on the upgrade in question, and click the Edit Payment Details option. There you’ll be able to add a new card, but only if you’re logged in as the username that owns the upgrade. Adding a card on your duanepannell account won’t allow us to autorenew an upgrade that belongs to a different account.
