My renewal date is a month off. Didn't I purchase a full year?

  Hello! I just purchased a 1 year Domain Hosting Plan for faithandquirks.com, and I have a problem with the renewal date. According to your site it’s going to renew on Sept. 28, 2015… which would give me a full month less of service than I ordered. I ordered it today, which is Oct 28, 2014.

  I understand this is an easily fixable problem, but I thought the sooner we resolved this, the better.

  Auto-renewal occurs a month before expiration. This way, if there is a problem with the transaction, if can be taken care of before a WordPress.com member loses the features on his site. The expiration date, however, will still be one-year after the initial expiration date. A month is not lost.
