  Hi there,

  WordPress.com blogs are protected by the Akismet comment spam filter.

  When you’re commenting on the blogs or websites, they are being approved manually by the website owner, it seems that maybe the owner of that website is marking it as spam or the Akismet comment spam filter is marking it as spam.

  What I would suggest is contact the website owner through the contact form, if it’s available on that site and ask them about it.
