My RSS feed is not updating

Hi — I last posted on Saturday 13 June. It still has not hit my RSS feed (I subscribe to make sure entries post). Not sure why, or what I can do to fix this.

It (finally) updated today. Hope next time I post it will take fewer than three days to show up.

I posted on 20th June and again today (21st) and neither entry has showed up yet on my FaceBook notes page. They are supposed to show up after about 3 hours.
Is there something wrong with the WordPress feeds?

First off we always need a link to the blog. We cannot help with what we cannot see.
That said, always check the actual feed coming out of your blog rather than through facebook or feedburner or whatever.
Since neither of you provided a link to your blog I cannot even be sure you are in the correct forum, but for blogs hosted here at wordpress.com, the feeds coming out of wordpress.COM will always be http://blogname.wordpress.com/feed/ . I have very seldom seen any instances where the feed coming out of wordpress.COM does not update within minutes at most. When the feed is being viewed through other sources, it is typically an issue at the other end (feedburner, facebook, or whatever).

My blog is http://helenedith.wordpress.com/ and the feed is http://helenedith.wordpress.com/feed/
It looks to me as if the feed contains my latest posts, so it could well be a FaceBook issue. I did report it to them, but they don’t seem to react as quickly as folks here at WordPress do.
I think as the posts are showing up in the feed that I need to pursue my issue further with FaceBook.
