  I am trying to figure how to make it where people can click on my sales rep picture and they can get credit for sales is there a plugin for this of custom html please help

  If you are using something like WooCommerce you may look into the plugin AffiliateWP that allows tracking affiliate linking and can also allow linking up WooCommerce Coupons with the affiliates for tracking.
