  If indeed it was saved, it will be on your dashboard Posts page.

  In your Dashboard, go to Posts > All Posts.

  You can check your Trash in case you accidentally deleted the post.

  In your Dashboard, you can also check Pages in case you accidentally created a page instead. (And check the trash, too.)
