My wordpress hacked by changing script,
if opened by phone “MENU” change text to be “Gorden surabaya menerima pesanan gorden hubungi kami di no .081266883656 ,/081235060917./087853300737 no.pin bb 528fc7fb.
he promoted in my sitethis the script was change

The exact same thing happened on my site too. Same hacker it seems. It has the same exact spammy message. I’m using Motif theme. Can only see the message on mobile” not on desktop or tablet. At first I thought it was an ad by WordPress.com but ugly

How do I change the script so I can get rid of the ad?
Please, any help would be much appreciated

I have been here for over 8 years and predate almost every staff member but one being on support staff. What I have observed is that the only time blogs are hacked is when bloggers fail to follow security protocols and make it easy for hackers.
If anyone is posting anything to your blog then it’s most likely that you have provided them with the ability to do so either deliberately by adding them as official users, or by allowing them access to your login information, or by posting content that makes it easy for them to guess what your log-in information is.
Who, aside from you, has access to your login information?
Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs

1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
You can also reset your password via your Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:

I just took a look at your site and it looks like you have some malware on your computer. You should run an anti virus program and an antimalware program to fix this problem.

WP does not make those kins of recommendations. Malwarebytes is pretty good in my experience.

Its true. I can’t really give you a good recommendation. If your not familiar with antivirus software for your operating system, I suggest you take it to a computer repair shop to handle this.
