My second account

I cannot login my second account with username mmal1634 and a few weeks ago i changed my username to mmal1634413. I also activated FTP, I wonder if that is causing any issues.
I have these websites:
1) Miriammalaquias.com
2) tasteoftanzania.com
and the following are mine but not blogging with yet 3) rosascentpress.com
4) tasteoftanzania.blog
5)tasteoftanzania.orgI have just paid for miriammalaquias.com last week

@staartmees I have filled the Account recovery form and i have added the Transactional ID and all information but it is not sending after I Click RECOVER MY ACCOUNT at the bottom. I just paid WordPress a lot of money for my paid accounts this month. I do not know why they did that just after paying.
Do I need to add also activation URL or key and authentication codes? -
@staartmees this is the message I am getting at the top of FORM
“If you can receive emails at the email address you have provided, you should be able to recover your account by filling out the Lost password form with that email address. Please check your spam folder for the reset email”
