My Second Site

  I have already made a site under my name, however when I went to create a new site ‘smoovgruv.wordpress.com’, I was still signed in under my own account. The problem with this is the site was being made for someone else that needed their own site. How do I keep the domain name but under an account for him? Is this possible or is the domain gone forever if I delete the site and reapply this same domain name?
