My Select Category Drop down is two lines of txt instead of one?

  On my thehomesickchef blog the Select Category Drop down box is two lines of txt instead of one. Please have a look. I would like the phrase Select Category to be on one line instead of have the “y” on a second line. I tried to reduce the body text and that did not work. How can this be fixed?
