My setting page keeps getting messed with

  Hi, someone keeps messing with my settings. I even changed my password a few weeks ago. I just now had to go through it AGAIN and reset all the comments and articles I want to receive. Most of them were turned off AGAIN. Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening?
