  my settings will not load and the circle has been twirling for weeks, absolutely weeks.

  Which settings?

  If you’re using the “new” dashboard, try giving this a shot:

  http://mydeadsonsjournals.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php

  all of the ‘settings’ are on the left hand side.

  The problem is when I load my user profile before accessing my blog. I can’t change my password for my account. The setting’s cog wheel just keeps twirling and will not open. I still cannot change my password or any other information on my personal account. I can access the blog page and use the dashboard adequately. Thanks for any help. I sent a request to wordpress, but no response yet.
