My sidebar widgets have disappeared from my website pages

  only 2 of my widgets appear the rest do not on any of my pages, this appeared to occur today, and for no reason. Wondered if it had been hacked or someone playing with it. We pay for support but no one is there anymore to help.
  I noticed when checking the widgets in Appearance section that all appeared inactive but for the 2 that were displaying. I have not done anything new to cause this, so does anyone know for sure how to fix it, as I have had no response.
