  Hi. My subscription has expired and I would like to repurchase my site with the services that I had previously. It was a $99 a year package. How do I do that? What I am seeing is a request to upgrade. I would like my old site back and the services that I had. Please direct me on how to do this. Thank you, Veronica Zrnchik

  You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

  Hi Veronica,

  I see you have purchased another Premium plan. healinglivestoday.com expired along with your previous plan on 2nd September 2018 and is currently in the redemption period.

  We can still try to recover healinglivestoday.com but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee (we are charged this amount by our domain registrar) in order to do so. I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page and will start the recovery process by contacting our domain registrar, once your payment has come through.

  The plan covers the cost of the domain itself, so the payment request only includes the redemption fee.
